The Church History minor provides focused study in the history of the Christian Church from the first century to contemporary developments. This interdisciplinary program provides students with a foundation of core classes along with the flexibility to choose electives, fostering a broad perspective or focused depth, and offers an opportunity to integrate studies in theology and history within the liberal arts tradition. This minor uniquely equips students for graduate study in the field as well as for informed, faithful service in the church.

Students may earn a minor in the field by completing the 18 credit hours listed under the 'Program Requirements' tab and any required prerequisites. Course requirements vary depending on the student's major.
