SUD-582 Counseling Residency IIThis course provides an intensive class for students preparing students for key experiences orienting toward their second year of courses and field experiences. Core counseling concepts and integration of past, present, and future course essentials are reviewed, introduced, exercised, and assessed.
A repeat of this course may be required if the student is unable to complete SUD-514 Counseling Practicum within the standard course progression or if a student steps outside the normal course progression and/or extends their program.
Credit Hours: (1)
Prerequisites: CSL-641 , SUD-514 , SUD-581 . SUD emphasis students only. Notes: Students must bring their own video recording equipment. Course Fee: Residential course fees apply. Cross-listed With: CSL-582 , LSC-582 , MFT-582 .
