BIB-115A How We Got the English Bible

This course will enable the student to appreciate the value of the Scriptures, trace the development and transmission of the Bible from the first century to today (including the English Bible), and make a value judgment on which translation is best for his/her needs.

Prerequisites: ENG 103A.
Notes: INT 200A, INT 201A, INT 212A, or PHL 215A should be taken prior to this course.
