EDA 5177 - Teaching Research Writing in the Digital Age

(3) In this course, you will learn how to guide students through the entire process of writing a research paper, including how to develop research ideas, gather valid information, analyze relevant data, organize disparate materials, craft a well-reasoned report, and fine-tune a presentation. In addition to reviewing information specific to writing research reports, you will have the opportunity to practice instructional techniques such as modeling, scaffolding, paraphrasing, and discovery.
