(3) In this course, you will explore the different ways of handling conflict and use the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to determine your own and your students’ conflict style. You’ll learn techniques for helping students self-regulate their behavior and resolve conflict in a way that meets the needs of everyone involved. In addition, you’ll explore a variety of strategies for creating a conflict resolution protocol for your classroom that helps all students understand what is expected of them and how to choose healthy behaviors.
