HRM 605 - Analytics, Metrics, and Decision-making(3) This course provides students with an opportunity to apply HR metrics and analytics, critical and systems thinking to problem-solving and decision-making though the use of tools such as balanced, HR and organizational scorecards, yield ratios and return on investment (ROI), forecasting and projections, business acumen, metrics, bench marking, quantitative analysis, supply chain management, and trend and ratio analysis.
Prerequisites: HRM 501 .
