EDU 150 - Boston Trip: History of American K-12 Education(2) Students from diverse majors spend four days in Boston focused on the history of American K-12 education - beginning in the colonial period spanning up to present day. The progression of educational philosophies, policies, cultural aspects and instructional methodologies will also be explored, hosted by premier experts in the field. Students attend a limited number of campus seminars to enhance the primary field component of this course.
Prerequisites: Sophomore standing at time of enrollment; School of Education majors given priority. Fee Course fees apply. When Offered Every fall semester.
