BUS 420 - Business Analytics

(3) Students will learn and apply the important role for Business Professionals today of incorporating analysis of complex and large data sets of financial and non-financial information into the decision-making process. This course begins with analysis of individual company annual reports and aggregation of that data applied toward developing skills of analytic design. It then progresses to assembly and analysis of information from other sources - culminating in a major research and analysis report and presentation incorporating state of the art data visualization techniques.

Prerequisites: ACC 201.
