ACC 405 - Auditing II(3) Auditing II continues the student’s journey into the world of Auditing by applying accounting system concepts, Audit techniques, knowledge of internal controls, U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to actual or hypothetical Case Studies. Auditor’s Professional ethics, SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley implications, and legal liability associated with these cases are researched, examined and evaluated.
Prerequisites: ACC 305; ACC 404; Accounting major seniors only. When Offered Spring semester.
