YTM 304 - Youth Program Administration

(3) This is the most expressly practical course in the youth ministry curriculum. It follows the life cycle skills of a youth worker from construction of a resume and finding a solid ministry position through training volunteers, developing programs, building ministry budgets, developing skills in the nuts and bolts of impactful youth ministry and building a collection of ministry tools.
