MUS 354 - Percussion Techniques and Pedagogy

(1) Class lessons in performing on, and teaching snare drum, timpani, drum set and other orchestral and “pop” membrane percussion instruments; mallet keyboard instruments including marimba and xylophone, and various accessory and “world percussion” instruments. Emphasis will be placed on worship application in each of these instrument families.
