MGT 340A - Project and Program Risk Management

(3) This course examines the aspects of project risk analysis and management. It establishes the means to analyze risks and opportunities within projects, and identifies methods for reducing the risks and improving project performance. The focus is on understanding the role of effective risk management to enhance opportunities in today’s accelerated change environment.

Prerequisites: ENG 103A, MGT 270A.
