MGT 330A - Project Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling

(3) To be successful, project managers must analyze alternative project decisions by relying heavily on project estimating and control tools and techniques. This course provides students with the skills required to plan, baseline, monitor, analyze, and evaluate project performance. Students work in groups to analyze program parameters and work situations.

Prerequisites: ENG 103A, MGT 270A.
