CIS 500 - Planning, Directing and Controlling Projects

(3) This course explores the management of project teams. Students explore the roles of the project manager and project management teams; project selection, organization, and planning process; communications and negotiations; and the tactical and strategic implications in a project environment. In addition, students will learn skills in project planning, scheduling, estimating, control, and risk management tools and techniques.

Prerequisites: Juniors and Seniors only.
