CIT 426A - Advanced Database Development

(3) This course is a study of concept and structures necessary to design and implement database systems, including logical and physical file organization, data models, data integrity, and file security. Topics covered include transition of legacy systems to modern databases, decision support systems, data warehousing, and data mining using relational databases, object orientated databases and NOSQL.

Prerequisites: CIT 326A  or NWK 420A .
