CRJ 505 - Criminal Law and Procedure(3) This course covers topics including fundamentals of criminal law and procedure, organization of the criminal justice system, and contemporary practices within the system with the goal of manifesting knowledge and case law into practical application. The course explores criminal statutes, court procedures, evidentiary matters, and other constitutional issues pertaining to arrest in addition to limitations on governmental authority.
