HRM 340A - Workforce Planning, Staffing and Performance(3) This course presents an interdisciplinary approach to the ongoing cycle of strategic workforce planning. Included are such areas as: the strategic human resource requirements across the spectrum of needs for each department, job design, recruitment, placement, work studies and performance measurement.
Prerequisites: HRM 311A , MAT 250A . Fee Society for Human Resource Management annual membership.
