HRM 310A - Human Resource Administration I(3) This course will provide students with a basic understanding of human resource management concepts and issues to include Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action, job analysis, labor planning, recruitment, selection, separation, compensation, benefit administration, HRIS, OSHA, and labor relations.
Prerequisites: ENG 102A . Notes: Formerly BUS 470A.
