HCA 310A - Managing Health Care Human Resources

(3) This course provides students with a basic understanding of human resource management concepts and issues in health care to include Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action, job analysis, labor planning, recruitment, selection, separation, compensation, benefit administration, HRIS, OSHA, and labor relations. Course focus is on compensation, labor relations, and the emerging function of global health care human resource management.
