School of Business and Leadership (CUS)

The School of Business and Leadership (SBL) equips students to make an immediate and meaningful impact in their chosen professions. Through rigorous academic training, real-world application, and a strong ethical foundation rooted in Christian conviction, students are prepared to navigate the opportunities, complexities, and moral challenges of today's marketplace.

SBL faculty bring both academic excellence and professional expertise. Most hold terminal degrees or dual Master's degrees in their fields and have significant industry experience. All are committed followers of Christ who see business as a mission field and view teaching as a calling. They mentor students personally, modeling what it means to lead with integrity, serve with humility, and live out faith in the workplace.

Progress

Bachelor of Science degrees in the School of Business and Leadership require a minimum of 120 semester hours, including general education, biblical studies, and major-specific coursework.   To remain in good standing, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher in all SBL courses and demonstrate conduct consistent with the character expected of those preparing for positions of leadership, trust, and responsibility.  Students must also meet CCU's residency requirements.  Failure to meet academic or conduct standards may result in dismissal from the program.
